well i've been missing in action forever.

this year has definitely had its ups and downs.
sorority life is good, death is the worse, internships at sports illustrated are fabulous. and that's about all i have to say.

i'm ecstatic! i get to promote products for sports illustrated advertisors such as estee lauder, nike, nautica and etc.

...the only one causing high school drama is you because the rest of us are in COLLEGE. if you dont want your so called friend to be mad at you than why don't you just tell her before she hears from someone else? by posting bullshit in your livejournal your just blowing everything out of proportion like usual.

They call it the "Quarter-life Crisis." It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are many things about yourself that you didn't know and may not like. You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two, but then get scared because you barely know where you are now. You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met, and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones. What you don't recognize is that they are realizing that too, and aren't really cold, catty, mean or insincere but that they are as confused as you. You look at your job... and it is not even close to what you thought you would be doing, or maybe you are looking for a job and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and that scares you. Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and are constantly adding things to your list of what is acceptable and what isn't. One minute, you are insecure and then the next, secure.You feel alone and scared and confused. Suddenly, change is the enemy and you try and cling on to the past with dear life, but soon realize that the past is drifting further and further away, and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward. You get your heart broken and wonder how someone you loved could do such damage to you. Or you lay in bed and wonder why you can't meet anyone decent enough that you want to get to know better. Or maybe you love someone but love someone else too and cannot figure out why you are doing this because you know that you aren't a bad person. One-night-stands and random hook ups start to look cheap. Getting wasted and acting like an idiot starts to look pathetic. You go through the same emotions and questions over and over, and talk with your friends about the same topics because you cannot seem to make a decision.You worry about loans, money, the future and making a life for yourself... and while winning the race would be great, right now you'd just like to be a contender! What you may not realize is that everyone reading this relates to it. We are in our best of times and our worst of times, trying as hard as we can to figure this whole thing out

So today was random...biology exam...blah, and than gast business library for about 3 hours to write a paper that needed to be due later today...yeah people in the library are soo studious. i work better there, paper done less than 5 hrs. yay...its hard to be add in the library, and that makes things go by much faster. than we watched the rest of lugumba in my iah207 class...yeah for foreign films with sub titles. than me dannielle, and linds went to eat in brody cuz lafayette is love. than me and linds went to look for halloween costumes and than we went to the mall and as we are leaving these two guys are like... "hey you look familiar." okay, well it turns out they are Jewish and from Israel. And they think they have seen us before? yeah right like in Tev Aviv!? me and linds are seeing schlomi and joseph tomarrow bc they are 23 and we are going on an alcohol run ahah. ohh and i'm SDT's new historian! scrapbook luv!

ehh ok so im still alive - i have just been soooo busy lately. i have soo much work and i joined a sorority. i have stopped reading and writing b/c i just have no time. but yeah im back for a short update because i have a biology exam tomarrow that is goin to kick my ass. anyways... back to the books or something like that. c ya

tales from an old ghetto desktop computer...

i've had it up to here with computers... fuckin $2000 laptop doesn't even last a year. all of a sudden out of nowhere, "the blue screen" shows up...and i was sooo careful with it, i didn't download anything! it worked fine all summer, and then yesterday, like 3 days before i move up, stupid computer hard drive decides to shut down...i'm not talking a virus or some shitty spyware, i'm talking hardcore shut down, fuck you, can't do anything with your computer kinda blue screen...so in addition to losing all of my music, pictures, and expensive programs ie. pirated version of microsoft...the toshiba laptop hard drive could not even be recovered! THATS HOW FUCKED UP IT IS... and of course it's about a week after it's one year warranty. so you know what i say?? FUCK BEST BUY, FUCK TOSHIBA and i'm getting a MAC.

oh, by the way, the last program installed on it was an upgraded version of AIM and that shitty AOL explorer. beware...

well cancun is amazing, we have a luxuary suite, which means we get free drinks after 5pm. basically, i love cancun. peaceeeeeeeeeeee

sevin was soooo much fun. seriously, if u are going to pontiac, don't go any place else. i went with katherine and amy. and then when we got there we saw melissa and reisa [[psych 101 reunion <3 ]] with danny fisher, and like 10 minutes later i saw Bill, April, and Jimmy. also saw a bunch of slutty girls taking their clothes off on stage, also had some guy tell us we are gorgeous and another guy asking if we are chaldeans. hmmm how bout no!?

today sucked. work, yuck. sunglasses, MIA. car leaving me tomarrow. goodbye beloved luxury sedan. i will miss u dearly!

hello cancun. well not yet, but next wk! woot!

well let's see, since the last time i wrote, alot of stuff has happened...but most importantly...tuesday nite, we were doing the rounds, aka, 7-11 on lone pine and orchard lake, caribou, and 7-11 on 13 and orchard lake [my personal fav], and of course we met some shady characters. so while we are in one of the above places, just innocently getting something, somehow i end up with a jagermeister. yeah how that happened, well it's still a mystery to me, apparently those mexicans aren't the brightest of people. so in the parking lot we meet these guys, who are like hey baby talk to us, so we talk to them and then 2 seconds later, kevin, nawras and sam come. and then we are still talking to these guys who are like 19/20ish. so we drop a couple numbers just for the heck of it and leave to do something less shady and forget about them, for real less shady, julie baked us a cookie cake!! so then we forget about them and go on with life. wednesday nite, we went to club Lush: me, katherine, lindsay and nicole. by far, one of the shadiest ordeals of the week. nervewrecking and for no reason at all. not even that fun. nicole's next door neighbor works there. and it was a pretty over-rated club. esp since nicole got a 21 yr old wristband. biatch. next wed, sevin. 4 sure. then the shady guys from the nite before call and im like bitches im at the club. peace. so then today i watched the scariest movie ever, "hide and seek" with my bro, brad, dave and kelmo. it had that dakoda fanning and robert deniro in it and im probably going to have nightmares if i ever go to sleep. then i went to sandys and got caught up on all the drama. yeah note to self, never be friends with someone whose name sounds like a soccer mom's car. donovan hill = real kewl kid!! yeah and scott marx, psycho Burberry stalker, who will try and drive ppl off the road! OkAY. then we went to fountain walk and who calls? the shady guy from sleven. saying 2marrow nite, lake house, party. yeah so we are going to play that out for all it's worth... i love being silly, drunk and naive.

today was sweet. work at 4 til like 730. then i went out with katherine. we went to the city cellar for fine dining haha. lindsay, nicole, scott, sandy, danny, donovan and matty k met us there. then sean and jason called and were like we are having a party come over...but i was already supposed to be going to flint to party with sherill and tamara. but then i realized. wait. i dont even know how to get to flint. and then 10 mins later april calls and says larry and her mom are out of town and big house party. so of course i had to go party with april, my love! but before leaving bham we ran into max shear! shout out to maxy. then we saw some bloomfield hills ppls ryan wolok and phil and danny w. ohh the msu memories... haha then aprils house crazyness. i got to see state ppls, april, jimmy, megan and bill and lots of other crazy ppl from rochester cuz april throws good parties.

it was a sweet nite!

i went to zap zone with nicole, lindsay, donovan, and pline and i won! yeahh first place with a score of 5,500. after like 15 mins of that, we left, went to dq to stalk felicia, she wasnt there, so we went to no. VI, left, and went to the spot in the hills. then drove to bfe...blahhhhhhhh. and back to sandys...where some uninvited guests showed up randomly... thats what happens when life gets boring at hookah.

I love summer nights. i just do. last nite was fun...went all over the place, finished work, went to coney with the fam, came home, picked up linds and nic. Went to b-ham for ice cream and apparently chaldeans cuz there were like a million there. so then we left and went to Rachel's house. Then we went to sleven. Saw DV, almost got arrested for loitering for like 2 mins wtf, wb police=so unnecessary. so we went to novi, danced on the fountain, met some shady boys from a bachelor party with a party bus*, befriended them, went all over the fountain walk, then went to no. 6 smoke shop...10 million gillion times better than bora, except for the shady black guy who djs...eh!

congrats to our new engaged friend from colorado!! <3
